As a Registered Nurse, I watched families do everything right and still feel like they were drowning — juggling careers, kids, and a parent’s declining health, all while trying to be everywhere at once. One family in particular stayed with me: a husband, fiercely devoted to keeping his wife at home, who told me he’d tried agency after agency and still couldn’t find the consistency or clinical quality she needed. He told me families like his desperately needed something better — and he encouraged me to build it.
